I recently had an issue with my 9-year-old Navien boiler, which was damaged due to internal leaks. Thankfully, the plumber went above and beyond. Not only did they promptly identify the issue, but they also called the company and guided me through the warranty process. Thanks to their expertise and assistance, I ended up with a brand new boiler hassle-free. We recently used A1 for air conditioning installation in our school. Ricardo was extremely accommodating and did all the installation on the weekend and after school hours so they didn’t interrupt our school day. All of the workers were professional and neat. The price was also very reasonable and much lower than other companies we received quotes from. Highly recommended.

I was looking for a different company to provide maintenance service to my central AC cooling system. After looking at Google, I came across A1 and having read the reviews, it spurred me to give them a call. Got on the phone and spoke to Gary who seem to be knowledgeable and answered my questions. So I had an appointment scheduled between the hours of 3-4pm today and 2 gentlemen (Ricardo and Cristhian) showed up a quarter to 3. Talk about being prompt. Having explained to them what I was looking for and how I wanted them to also help install a smart thermostat for me. They quickly went to work. For the AC tune up maintenance itself, they took their time in meticulously clean the filter and check the handler system as well as the condenser. What really impressed me was that they were able to think outside the box in setting up the smart thermostat along with putting in a C wire. l love how they have a can-do attitude and always look the please the customer. After the job is done, Ricardo in no way seemed to want to rush out and instead took the time to answer any remaining questions I may have and also helped with the thermostat app setup. I was extremely impressed with their handy-work and professionalism, and would go back to them again for sure.

I needed to have my hotwater heater replaced. I had seen the A1 Heating and Air Conditioning truck in my condo complex and decided to look them up on Google. Reviews were very good. After speaking with Gary, who gave me the lowest price quote, I coordinated my appt. with Melissa. Communication and payment via text and email was very convenient. On the day of the appt., Ricardo and his team were prompt, courteous, meticulous and efficient. Ricardo was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. Everything went smoothly. They were great ! In fact, I plan on having them come back and tune up my A/C for the season.
