I wish I could choose NO STARS!! BEWARE!!! This company will do whatever they can to rip off their customers. We had a technician tell us we had a Freon leak and needed to replace the unit for $5600. I had paid the technician $215 in cash for his hour here. However, after a second opinion, we only needed a $400 part. I am now getting calls stating that I have a balance of $211 for the technician visit. I spoke with the owner and sent him a photo of the recipe. But conveniently the technician did not mark that it was paid (simply write it on there, no actual place to check off it was paid). So clearly this man pocketed my money and they have called me AGAIN looking for my money even after I spoke to Jeff the owner about this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL! They see a woman and assume she is too dumb to consider a second opinion. And now Jeff, is conveniently never in the office. I’m not surprised as clearly instead of taking it up with their thief of a technician he thinks I will cave and pay them again. Absolutely not.

Oil burner not running do to water coming in cleared that out and running in 5 minutes and then told me about 2 nozzles that needed changing and an expansion tank to the tune of 716 dollars. They see a female and they take advantage Brian said expansion tank was 265 dollars the guy Sean who was here said it was 200 when I asked them how much the parts were so basically they were making up the amounts. Meanwhile it is 50 dollars for the part all over the internet. I should have waited for oil burner company instead of dealing with a plumber. This company sub contracts out so everyone has to make their money off you. BEWARE!!
