Allen Ocheltree1 StarI did work as a vendor in Denny's and this has been the worst facilities company i have done work for. At 93 days they send me a email saying if I didn't respond by 4pm they were canceling my job. Then at 100 days they say I didn't give them the work order number which was the invoice number and written in the invoice. They reply that a check will be issued on 9/16/24. Today is 9/28/24 and no check yet. The worst company i did work for in 5 years. I heard a big wig took a bunch of info and employees and left them hanging but the owner better get with it. We do the work we would like to get paid. No wonder companies won't do business for them.Saturday 28th September 2024
Kelly Carter1 StarDo NOT use this company! My electrical company was a contractor for this company. We were on a NET 45 agreement to be paid. There were two instances where we received our payment after the 45 days. The checks weren't even dated within those 45 days. I didn't charge late fees for the first instance, but did on the second instance. They are refusing to pay any late fees, due to them "not agreeing to pay any late fees if their payments are late." I have spoken with management from two different departments. They said that they even have customers on NET 60 that don't even get paid until 120 days later. I am sure they expect their customers to make payments on time, but they do not care if they make payments to their contractors on time. I will continue to charge late fees every 30 days that they are late, and send them to this company until my late fees are paid. This company does NOT care about their contractors, they don't even deserve 1 star for their rating. They deserve 0 stars! Do NOT use this company! They are a ripoff!!!!Tuesday 8th February 2022
David Johnson1 StarI was a contractor for them one of many they took 6 months to pay me. They apprive your hours abd a price to go look at it but you dont get any money untill after u send a estinate for repairs then do job and get paid for both we waisted hours on the job plus ordering parts that werent made nomore they canceled job never got paid i gave them one more chance and they did it again. I told them i needed time just suffered loss in family and damage from hurricane ian they gave the job to someone else but wont pay the original investigation and work my two guys did the first trip such a scam...... i will be reporting to BBB and dbpr and my laywer and if u read other reviews like under mine im not the only contractor or electrician these people should reach out to us it would be faster less expensive then using middle man that over charge their clients and we dont get a dimeSaturday 24th December 2022

Do not do any contract work for them, they seem to be operated by a bunch of inexperienced high schoolers that have no clue about how to treat a vendor. They take for ever to pay up to 6 weeks and they will pick apart your work at nauseam. Just not worth the hassle. There is good people out there that Will pay for your service and Boss facility services is not it.
I gave one star because I had to.
If your a client and you use them, shame on you for hiding behind a group of incompetent unfair bullies. Seriously there is a lot of good vendors out there and Boss is running them all off.Friday 6th January 2017
