We live by the water so there's constant issues with the septic tank and Jimmy is always there when needed. His reliability and excellent service make them a trustworthy choice for cesspool needs. I highly recommend their services.

I bought my house in may and wanted to make sure the system was in good condition and didn’t need to be pumped. And I had a small leak on the gray line in my basement. Joe arrived on time, and was able to locate the system quickly and without damage to the yard, once we opened the top he told me that it doesn’t need any service or pumping and to call him back in a few years, we then moved to the basement he opened the trap and there was no blockage, once he put the cap back on he made sure it was tight and the leak was fixed. He charged me a very fair price and didn’t try to up sell Any unnecessary repairs or upgrades like previous services I have used. I would recommend Payless to everybody that wants great service at a fair price from very professional experienced technicians.

Roseanne was very sweet and made sure she got someone to us first thing in the morning. Her son showed up professional and on time. What a great personality he has!! He made sure all things worked after cleaning the cesspool. I mean he really took his time to physically check everything to know it was in.perfect working order. He did not rush the job one bit. He also did a great job withnthe digging as to not make a mess of our lawn. He explained things step by step which really helped. Most contractors we get are messy, late or rush things. Not the case with Payless. Very happy with them and the price was reasonable.

I had a bad experience with this company,they charged me to pump 200 gallons and didn't pump anything,they aerated and put chemicals on top of the waist and lied about pumping,my tank was still full when they left, I'll never use them again
