This company has been nothing but amazing! The two phone receptionists have been warm, patient, and accommodating to me at each hectic call I gave. The tech Larry was so kind and thorough as he worked. He patiently explained everything he was doing as I hovered over to watch! Fairway has gained a life-long customer in me! Thank you for being so great!

Had no heat and hot water in our house. Fairway did an amazing job with their customer support in sending a tech right away. He came, addressed the problem and was fixed within 2 hours at a very reasonable price. Nothing but outstanding service from the office to the field. 10/10 would recommend they did an amazing job.

If I could give a Zero I would. Just runnnnnnn. When I tell you to run just run. . They had put a boiler, and it was not functioning well. When I call about they very rude. The lady was like good luck in the cold so heartless and disrespectful. You are a liar. I had oil on my tank. I have an underground tank. If you guys did your job right, you would not have to send your technician 3 times. You guys come to people home and try to rip-off people. People work hard for their money. For your staff to have the audacity to tell me Good luck in the cold when I told her that I have a child. Is she a human or what? I called because I unfortunately have warranty with you guys and still refuse to provide service. Its not even a year yet. Otherwise I will never deal with you all. How did you expect to get paid when the work they did did not solve the problem. Now i have to get another company to fix your mess.Worst customer service. Bunch of thieves. I warn you all RUN.

I’m selling a property on LI, and I live out of state, and a part of the sales agreement was getting the oil burner serviced prior to sale. I was going to be in town so called around, and had no luck. I was referred to Fairway, and Alex was extremely helpful and able to get me squeezed into the schedule the same week when I was going to be in town on a Saturday. Larry came out to do the service, and was thorough & friendly. I appreciate them being so accommodating and fairly priced.

Feeling swindled. Asked for annual maintenance but was told I had to have a separate appointment first to repair a tiny oil leak: $205 to show up, and was told all it was was some loose screws. After that the annual service was another day ($more). A few weeks later I discovered oil leaked out all around the boiler on the floor. So: another service appointment ($205 just to show up two days later) plus a new pump ($250 or so). Gee, do you think I paid for a separate emergency service for nothing???? If the first guy just checked the pump out, I could have replaced the pump the first time around instead of paying for a whole other visit.
