I was presented with three options and after seeing the items and discussing features with the counterman, I was able to make an informed decision. It worked like a charm. Jackie VanDeMark1 StarIn the past, I have found them always to be extremely helpful. I would bring in a broken part and they would be able to get me the exact replacement. Always courteous and helpful. However, during this virus crisis when people really need the help they failed to come through. The person working behind the rope wouldn't even look at the broken part I had in my hand and rudely told me to contact the manufacturer. I had already done that but the problem was not resolved. Now is the time people need to help each other out not send people in need away.Thursday 26th March 2020
B B5 StarI'm a homeowner and a bit of a DIY guy. I wanted help planning a heat and water system. My friend is going to help me install. This place helped so much. They helped me review what all the different units, costs, savings and how efficient they would be. We talked both electric and oil options. Yet they'll stay inside till 5PM.
