They have some young punk behind the counter who is totally useless and lazy.I went there for a simple plumbing adapter and he just said no we dont have that, without even bothering to look.Dont go there if you want any kind of customer service.Friday 21st June 2024

Justin Conway1 StarExtremely rude person answering phones. I've tried calling this place numerous times to place an order. The person that picks up the phone says "Blackman please hold" and immediately clicks over and leaves me on hold for extended periods of time. Extremely unprofessional. I tried calling back several times and every time the same response. They obviously don't care about customer service so I'll take my business elsewhere.Wednesday 29th March 2017
ernest dangelo1 Star06/08/2017 called blackman plumbing to find out where the curb was for my rooftop air conditioning , the service manager Anthony was extremely rude and did not want to help me one bit , even though I hired another contractor to do the job , its a big secret to tell me when it was ordered , this is really wrong , Monday it will be 90 degrees and it was scheduled for the install today on june 8th , STAY AWAY FROM THE BLACKMAN PLUMBING IN BAYSHORE , there very rude and do not help , poor customer service !!!!!Thursday 8th June 2017
