Matthew Fragano5 StarI am writing this review on behalf of my parents. JCP did an amazing job very clean work and cleaned up after themselves. I am in the trades myself and can appreciate clean and professional work. My issue is price. Even though it’s my parent’s fault for not getting a written contract they were charged extra for in my opinion something they shouldn’t have. When I do a job I know exactly what I need to do and the material needed to get it done. I do understand somethings get missed but if I miss something it’s on me not the customer because it’s my mistake. If it costs me extra in labor it’s on me. That is what happened here in my opinion. So just as a tip make sure any job you get done get a written contract other than that clean and professional work by JCP.
Update: JCP reached out first thing this morning and rectified the situation. Talk about customer service and caring about their customer feed back. I’m really do have to give them a ton of credit. Not only do they do neat and professional work they also have a phenomenal office staff. Thank you again. JCP is a great company. Definitely will recommend!Tuesday 21st May 2024

Brendan D5 StarI can’t say enough good things about this company. Had a drain pipe break and they were at my house the next day. Cost was way under initial estimate that I was ok with and even more impressed that they charged me less and were honest about it. Took care of one other issue for me and couldn’t be happier. Christine was great scheduling me and keeping me updated on everything. Def recommend using them to anyone needing the job done right and honestly.Thursday 4th January 2024

Susan Lattuca5 StarI can’t say enough about how pleased we were with Joe and JCP Plumbing. We’ve used him a few times and his work has always been excellent. Our boiler broke recently and the job was longer than he anticipated. Rather than leaving us without hot water and heat, he hung in until 10 o’clock at night to make sure he finished the work. Plus he’s a great guy and the office staff is amazing! We’ll never use anyone else! So pleased with his work. I just wish I had “before” photos.Saturday 26th March 2022
