I am so thankful for Dave and Steve who visited our home today. We had an issue with pressure on the house, after having our well tended to by another company in January. We didn’t have a great experience with the other company, and I had spoken to Dave at that time too briefly. Dave is kind and very thorough. He checked our well; the pump, tank and electrical. When all was good, he knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it right away. I really appreciate such an honest business that is available even on a Sunday. We had water and I still felt prioritized. If I could leave more ⭐️ I would. Highly recommend.

I called Dave early this morning due to what I thought was a well water pressure tank leak. He returned my call quickly, answered a few questions, and concluded that it probably wasn't related to my well — but he still came by free of charge to check it out and confirm in person. It turned out that he couldn't service it since it was related to my city water line rather than my well, but he was able to identify the problem for me so I could better communicate with a plumber. I so appreciated his time and knowledge.

Absolutely amazing service! David and his team saved us from a disaster with our well. Long Island Well Drillers went above and beyond to help us get our well up and running. They care about their customer and it shows. I was totally out of water and no other service company could help us. We even went to the Suffolk County Water authority for another option but they were weeks out and their prices were astronomical. David and his team were willing to help us when no one else would and did it all in a single day! I cannot describe how happy I am with their service and prices. I would recommend their service to anyone who needs prompt, professional, and thorough service performed on their wells.

Hangs up phone before explaining needs. Have geothermal system and he doesn’t work on them and hung up twice in a row. Good thing I only need a contractor to service my well system. It is my understanding that this person has retired and his son has taken over the business. I stand by my original review, however suggest that you give the new owner a clean slate and opportunity to service your well.

Moved into a new home and totally clueless on how private wells work. We had an issue with our well valve and Dave and his son came by and changed our filters, located our well, walked us through the process and provided information that would save us $$$$. So grateful for Long Island well drillers.
