TANIA ROSIER1 StarI hired this company to do a full repipe for my hot and cold water in my house and the company prolonged the job. The first day they started no one showed up nor did any one call me to advise that they were not coming. Then a few days in the job no one showed up again to complete the job. They left multiple holes in my home and cut up pipes and blocked me on their phone and no one has yet refunded me my money back or attempted to finish the job. I do not recommend them what so ever to complete any plumbing work. They are very unprofessional and unethical. Theses are pictures of the mess they completed on my house.Thursday 16th June 2022

Kimmi Romero1 StarI was referred to this company with good reviews by a friend so I wanted to give them a try. But to my dismay the service has been terrible. I've been waiting on a part for weeks now no one has reached out to me about anything at all. I missed an appointment with the company due to an emergency, I spoke to a woman named Carrie on the phone who was very nasty from the beginning and rude. I tried to explain to her I had an emergency and that I was very sorry, but she didn't seem to care. Followed by this an email was sent out to my Home Owner about the situation which was COMPLETELY unnecessary due to already apologizing over the phone with her and working out another time to when I could be home. I felt like that was a slap in the face. Would NOT recommend them to anyone myself. Will be looking elsewhere.Wednesday 22nd January 2020
