I've had Dan and team at my house countless times for plumbing work. Most recently Dan installed a new AC and forced air furnace. Meticulous work, very professional, reliable (always arrives as promised) and fair prices. I've recommended Rocky Point Mechanical and Dan countless times to others. It is very hard in my opinion to find a good, reliable plumber. Dan is definitely one of them.

I just recently had a Hot Water Heater that started to leak from the bottom. The very next day I went to Home Depot. They said that if you ordered by12:00 the Water Heater would be installed by that afternoon. No, that's not correct. They said by that afternoon they would have someone look at the Unit and maybe tomorrow I could have it installed.. My Mrs. spoke with her daughter that morning and she recommended Rocky Point Mechanical . So I called and I got Dan. He said he had a" no heat problem", and after he would be there to see what he needed for my job and he would have it installed this afternoon. Twenty minutes later he called to say his man Joe would be at my house in 15 to 30 minutes to see what parts he would have to get. Less then 30 minutes later Joe pulled up. He reviewed my unit offered important upgrades to bring the 12 plus year unit to code. I was very happy with the needed parts he recommended. He said he was on his way to the warehouse to get the new Unit and he would be back in about an hour. One hour later Joe and Paul pulled up and they started the job. Soon after they started Dan pulled up. They installed the new Unit , with new shut offs (gas and water) . They removed the old unit mopped my floor and left the basement area as neat as you could want. All this by 1:30 in the afternoon. I can't tell you how happy I was that I made the call to Rocky Point Mechanical. They were extremely professional . I would highly recommend this Company to anyone how needs Heating or Plumbing. Thank you Dan, Joe and Paul.

Rocky Point Mechanical was recommended to me by my HVAC contractor for the plumbing to replace my 13 year old 50 gallon water heater that was blocking the way to my CAC/Furnace, which also needed replacing. I was concerned about going with a contractor I hadn't met on my own. Not only was Dan pleasant to deal with, but he was able to meet me very quickly for a quote, give me the exact Rheem Tankless Water Heater I wanted in the timeframe I wanted, and out of the 4 quotes I had received, he was the lowest by a few hundred dollars. The morning of the Install, I met his brother, Joe, who was very respectful of my house, insisting on going the long way around to avoid going across my rug. At one point, I had expressed concern about the location of the water heater being so close to the HVAC, but in the end, it actually turned out saving a lot of space (see pics). Dan stopped by to check on the job and update me that two other members of his crew would be by to do the gas line and remove the old water heater. Mike led the gas line Install. He was very professional and explained the operation of the unit. The whole job was neat and Joe even reinforced the older piping and insulated it. I couldn't be happier with my new water heater. The only blip that I didn't expect was that I had to run my own power source the water heater in order to avoid using an extension cord. This had been included in the other quotes I had received, but they were also much more expensive, so I really can't complain. After the job was completed, weeks later, Dan helped me qualify for a National Grid rebate when they were giving me trouble submitting it. I would use Rocky Point Mechanical again in a heartbeat and definitely recommend them!!!

Came into my house naver gave my wife a Estimate just did the repairs that I could do for 25 bucks and change her over 200 bucks I do not recommend

Dan and Co. have done multiple jobs for me. The work has been top notch and prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend!
