They make promises, but don’t show up. Had a bad leak in the bathroom. The visit was scheduled for Friday. No one showed up. At the end of the day they called they couldn’t make it and rescheduled for Monday morning. No one showed up or called Monday morning. At noon they called and rescheduled the visit to Wednesday morning. No one called or showed up on Wednesday morning either. At noon I called them. They said they would give me a call back as soon as they get availability. Nobody did ever call or show up. In the past I had good experience with them for the high quality work. but which you can’t take advantage of if they don’t show up and the water damage is on-going.
