Had someone in a box truck with plate #76883MG cut me off when i was doing 65 mph in the right lane. Than the bozo thought it was a good idea to brake check me because he got his feelings hurt when i wouldnt speed up while i had children in the car. Im sure this company doesn't hold their drivers accountable, being that im not the first person to complain about their dumb drivers.

Left a message on Sunday explaining my problem but no call back Monday, had to call them. They gave me an appt for Tuesday but no-one showed up or contacted me. Called and spoke to Danielle & she said she would check it out but never got back to me. Further calls went to voicemail and I was never contacted about the no-show. Had to find someone else and lost a day in getting my issue fixed. WOULD DEFINILTELY NOT RECOMMEND THEM. Woudl give zero starts if I could.

I cannot give this business enough stars. A gas leak was discovered in my grandparents home, during an emotionally trying time that involved mostly out-of-town residents. Mo and his assistant Michael arrived as soon as they could, and had a plan to re-run the gas lines within minutes. Minutes later, they were enacting this plan. They wasted no time throughout the entire process. Not only did Mo provide quality work, but he showed tremendous compassion to us during the process and planned the work for minimal instruction to our family. He stayed late as well to double-check function of all the appliances, and deal with the technician from the gas company. This could have been a show-stopping crisis. Instead, Mo and Schawmb plumbing allowed us to focus on our family matters the entire time. I cannot thank them enough for that luxury alone. If you have a plumbing issue, I cannot recommend this business highly enough. Should this business somehow expand out west or should the two gentleman decide to relocate, I wouldn't think twice about hiring them again.

Never used them, but saw three trucks of theirs driving erratically through traffic, as if they were trying to stay together as a funeral procession, disregarding the speed limit, and changing lanes when illegal. Mt Sinai / Miller Place area, approx. 2pm
